Does anyone have any input on the sq of Outlaw amps to something from the likes of Butler or Mccormack?

I have the Outlaw monoblocks (Model 200 I believe) and have owned a McCormack DNA .5. The Outlaws are all about delivering brute power, which they do quite well in a home theater application. They don't have the tubey warm you get with McCormack (at least with the .5 model).

Have you considered Emotiva? Some of their amps are supposed be really good for the money.

A Buddy of mine has a bunch of those M200 monoblocks from Outlaw. Awesome, easy to place 200 watts of power. I'm impressed with them.  :thumb:

I've been an Outlaw customer for years and had several of their products, including their first receiver and the monoblocks. I think they're solid bang for the buck, but definitely not in the same league as the Butler amps.
