Help! Last year I bought a new computer with Windows 8, later updated to 8.1. I downloaded and installed the latest version of J. River, which is what I use to rip cds. Ever since then, I'm having trouble displaying the artist's name in the middle panel of the default view of Manic Moose. I have the Oct. 2014 version, the latest. I know this is an issue with J. River, because the same thing happens when I rip cds to a thumb drive to play in the car. "Unknown Artist" is displayed. In Manic Moose there's just a line under the song title. I have the file rule set for [Track #] - [Artist] - [Name] in J. River. All the cds that were ripped before the change show up fine: song title with the artist underneath. It's just the ones I've ripped since the change to the new computer that don't show an artist.
What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.
