The UCLA Gray Smudges
« on: 2 Nov 2014, 03:05 pm »
Hi Guys, I don't want to sound like the fashion football police but I saw UCLA play Arizona last night. The Bruins who always had a cool looking uniform with great colors looked like a bunch of gray smudges. You could not see the numbers, names,or helmet insignias. Was there some reason I did not pick up for wearing those ridiculus uniforms. It could not be nostalgia. Football uniforms need a color contrast between pants and jerseys. Take the Saints, they had great looking uniforms with contrast. They changed to all black a few years ago and it looks to me like there playing in pajamas or unitards!....Denver/Pats later......Mark Korda

Wow. For a while, I thought college uniforms couldn't get much worse that WVU's banana outfits. Those have been outdone many times over.
