Lab grade dc power supply for mac mini?

Wondering if anyone has tried using a lab grade digitally regulated linear dc power supply to run a mac mini?
Korad 30v, 5amp

The mac mini uses 18.5v, 40 watt max

The korad supply can be precisely tuned to 18.5 volts dc

Thoughts?
