I never really thought this day would come, but it has...maybe. I have for sale or trade my pair of  SP Technology Revelation MR-l MK-lll's. These are Bob's last incarnation of these speakers. They have the basic external crossovers and are wired with Bob's super expensive wiring. They are in great shape and sound amazing.

I'm selling them for one simple reason. I don't use them. I have three young children and they, along with my house and job, take up all my time. I'm too busy doing family stuff so I literally only critically listen to music maybe once every 6 months. It's kind of a waste having them for video games and movies. I figure these speakers should be with someone that's actually going to use them.

I think these retailed for around $25000 with the options I have. I'm asking $6000. I strongly prefer local pick up in the Seattle region. I will ship, but the buyer will have to take care of all the arrangements on their end. I'll transport them to the shipper, but I won't pack them, or be held responsible for any damage.

I will consider partial trades for the following-a pair of nice monitors or floorstanders suitable for a home theater setup and occasional 2 channel listening. Gr Research, VMPS, Selah, Meadowlark etc. plus cash.

I don't really need to sell these so low ball offers will be ignored.

Did you get a spec sheet with these? Size, weight, efficiency, freq. response, etc? Is there a back port? How close to a back wall can they be placed? Could you post a picture of the rear of the speaker and the external xover? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Bob didn't include a spec sheet, but I'll check. There's no back port. The bottom half is a transmission line that exits out the front and sides at the bottom. I have mine about 2 feet from a wall with no issues. I'll post more pics later.

Here are the back of the speakers and xovers.

Still looking.

Still willing to sell. Will consider trades + cash for monitor/subwoofer or smaller floorstander/subwoofer.

gongos

Will also consider partial trades for a modded squeezebox or transporter. Maybe a nice multi channel amp, av pre/pro.
