For sale is a fully-working, excellent condition Class D Audio SDS-470 amplifier:

   Manufacturer's Site: http://classdaudio.com/audio-amplifiers/sds-470c-custom-class-d-amplifier.html

This one was assembled by myself.  Chassis and SDS-470 amp board were purchased new, direct from Class D Audio approximately two years ago.  The SMPS power supply is a Connex Electronic SMPS800R; it was purchased new direct from Connex.  (Note the link is to the newer SMPS800RE, which has replaced what I have.  In other words, there is no link for the previous version, which this amp has.)

I have used this regularly, as it's been my primary living room amp for music and TV/movie duties.  I am replacing it with a DIY tpa3116-based amp, only due to the latter's smaller size.  (I didn't think the lower-wattage TI-based amp would be sufficient, but it's plenty for my needs.  This is an indication of how little of the SDS-470's potential I used.)

Retail price on a stock SDS-470 $695.  I consider this one upgraded, as I definitely noticed an improvement with the Connex PSU over the stock Class D Audio linear power supply.  (I also have the linear power supply available, I will consider adding it to the package, but please PM me for details on that.)

This amp will do 600 Watts/Channel at 4 Ohms, and 300 Watts/Channel at 8 Ohms.

Read online reviews, this amp has been compared to boutique audiophile amps costing substantially more. For the power and sound quality, this amp is a bargain (even at full retail price).

See also this (long) discussion here on AC for some insight into how great the Class D Audio amps sound.

As you can see from the pictures, I am not using the gain-setting potentiometers.  I am using fixed resistors.  Note, though, that I installed them with modular connectors.  I did not solder directly to the board.  So you can easily use the pots provided by Class D Audio (included), or your own fixed resistors.

In general, there are no modifications to the either board (except the gain-setting change mentioned above, which is completely and easily reversible).

Most of the wiring is teflon-coated silver wire.

I have more pictures too, please let me know if you want to see something that isn't shown here.
