I recently replaced my Calypso preamp with a Manley Neo Classic 300B preamp, primarily for the Manley's headphone capabilities. Thus, I've decided to go ahead and sell my Calypso pre--I initially kept it rather than trading it in (although I still have that option) because I liked it so much I wasn't sure I would be willing to give it up. It is in very good condition cosmetically and perfect operationally--there are some minor what I would call 'scuff' marks on the black top, invisible from the front and not glaring even when looking straight down at the top.
The Calypso uses a pair of 12AX7's and a pair of 6DJ8/6922/7308's. Price below is with the stock tubes; but tuberolling is great with this pre.
Comes with original packing, remote, manual, etc.
I'm asking $SOLD, inclusive of shipping and Paypal fees; otherwise it's going to the dealer for the trade in allowance. CONUS only please.
We are moving and I already have the preamp boxed, but can unbox and take pics upon request.
