These were apparently purchased as NOS tubes, but it states in the description that they are used. This is a common misrepresentation in tube sales. NOS means NEW OLD STOCK, which these are clearly not. At least the seller indicates that they have been used, but they should not be listed as NOS and rather as used in the listing title.
