I have a Parasound NewClassic 2125 power amp to sell. I am the second owner - and the amp is about 2 years old all in all.
Condition - like new, sparingly used, no obvious marks or blemishes, in perfect working condition.

This is a stiff, well built, high current amp that delivers 35A of peak current. 125W over 8 ohms, and 200W over 4 ohms. Will support 2ohms in mono mode. As you can see, the power scales well and the amp drives most speakers with authority. I bought them to drive my Totem Model 1 mini-monitors that were very demanding and this amp could finally control the speakers.

Asking price: $300

First preference is for local pickup in Chicagoland area (I live in Evanston) and cash transaction. I can also ship it but I am looking to get $300 ballpark after the sale.

This amp is selling in AudioAdvisor for $775 (new) so I think my price is quite a bargain.

Reason for selling: Am simplifying my setup, and am moving to an integrated amp.
