Sutherland's follow up to the PHD at a great price point. Bought new a month ago, gently used. Not a scratch on it.  Includes the original box and manual. Ships without batteries. Buy it before I change my mind!

$799 shipped and Paypaled.

Does this run on batteries only?
How much gain does it have for MM carts?

You set the gain per channel independent of the resistance setting.  So from 40 - 60 db in 5 db increments.

What JackD said.  And there are loading options are 100 ohm, 200 ohm, 1k, 10k, and 47k.

The Insight is the same signal path circuit but that's wall powered for an extra $400.  You get 1,200 hours out of a set of batteries, plus the benefits of quieter soundstage, so the PH3D is the way to go in my book. :thumb:
