I recently made some DIY acoustic panels, and was wondering if anybody has suggestions for mounting them on the ceiling (i.e, cloud mounting).

Any bracket, wire, fastening recommendations would be appreciated.

I would put eye hooks in the back of your panel (4) and use loose weight change to attach to the back and the ceiling. You can count the links to make sure it is totally flat. For the ceiling us a hook that is rated for hanging plants.
