Hi,

I bought an acoustic zen e=MC2 cable second hand from audiogon.  It would not work between my buc1 and bda1.  The owner of acoustic zen Robert Lee stood behind the product and sent me a new cable even though i hadn't purchased it new.  Well that cable didn't work either.  Most of my other gear has the metal tab that locks the cable in…When I look at this jack there isn't as much metal in there as a lot of other jacks.  Is there some reason for this problem?  I since switched to an absolute copper digital coax cable which is fantastic btw.  I just wondered if bryston had any thoughts on this?  I personally think the aes plug on the bda1 could be of better quality so all cables would work.  Just a really weird problem.
