Sigh, you and me both, brother...
Me, three. The most I have now is 1.5 drinks (think white or black russian, with vodka and coffee liquor) in one day, and have at most a few drinks per week. Plus, I've steered clear of beer for quite a while, as it has way, way too many carbohydrates. It's wine or hard liquor for me.
As for regular chocolate, I try to avoid it, too. Sugar = bad for me. But I will have some during the holidays.
