The room volume will not work for trying to diffuse bass.  We need to damp it.  Plus, the waves are so large, you'd need something more like the whole width of the room most likely to effectively scatter, and your decay time would still then be out of control.

I know that diffusers are less effective than bass traps to take care of bass problems.

This must be a new presentation of what I used. The attention given in this newer presentation to "Interpreting the results" is excellent!!! You hit the basics and is best primer I've seen. Thank you very much! Your presentation of this room measuring primer is concise, neatly presented, easy to follow and understand. I am sure there is somewhere in Vietnam a place where you can buy fiberwool insulation, but the question is : Where ?
I've been looking for almost a year now,
still have not found that hidden place.
I just found out that there is an American guy around the corner
that's doing business here and does importation
of all sort of industrial items from the USA
and I already asked him about adding a few rolls of Fiberglass wool
and he told me : No problem.
One last small problem to resolve is: $ $ $
Money for that project will be available in two to three months.
No need to bet and loose 20$.
