The woofer sensitivity is slightly less than our M-130's but the sound is very close. These are at about 89db to 89.5 while the N3 is in the 90.5 to 91db range.

Same tweeter though...

Parts quality in these are good too.

And the cabinets are worth the cost alone.

Yes, they come with grills that are held on magnetically.

I have the smaller CSB-1 from Danny (modified). It is a great speaker for dedicated listening.
I presume the floor speaker does take things up a notch?

I heard these at LSAF and had to ask if there was a subwoofer playing also, the answer was no. I was amazed how well they sounded and the nice tight strong bass was there in spades.

How do these compare to the onix ref 1?  Also, do these have the issue where you need to pull out the woofers and add poly fill and damping?  Thanks for any additional info.

The CST-1's are more accurate, have higher resolution levels, are smoother across the top end, and have higher sensitivity.

These are the ones that need some insulation added and moved around. It's a pretty easy fix though.
