The woofer is a 7" Scanspeak Revelator (18W/8531G) and the tweeter is Fountek Neo3.0 ribbon. The sound is quite exquisite, and quite possibly the best bookshelf speaker I've ever owned.

Some specs are as follows:
Response - 45hz - 20khz (+/- 3db)
Sensitivity - 84db
Impedance - 6.8/7 ohms



The speakers sound great however are you can see in the pictures(circled in red) there is some minor damage to both cabinets left top corner, of course this is aesthetic and does not effect the sound quality. The grills are in bad condition(still functional), one grill has a rip in the fabric the other has a crack in the frame.  The speakers will ship double boxed in their original boxes. If you are interested I will also entertain offers for just the drivers and crossover as a kit. Pickup is available in 43085

Wow- this is a tremendous deal. I owned sealed SSRs and I loved them- one of my faves. Detailed, fast, balanced yet musical. With the extra extension offered by the ported cabinet, it is hard to see how there could be a better speaker out there for the $.

How big are these speakers ( dimensions) ?
How old are they ?
Were these cabinets built by you from a kit or assembled from materials provided by Rick Craig ?

I am the 2nd owner, I believe the speakers were assembled by Rick (but not sure) it is the same cabinet he uses. The speakers are 22" H x (9" Front, 4.5" Back) W x 14.8" D. I have owned the speakers for a year.

The cabinets alone are not cheap! This is one amazing deal, if my speakers sell and these are still here, I think I would have to pick these up!
