The device you've linked to is not a DAC but a USB to I2S interface that would connect to a DAC via I2S bus.

I am so sorry I misspoke but happy for you I that it gave you the opportunity to show off.  Yes I know that it is not a DAC but a device to add USB to a DAC that has IS2 capability.
Has any one hear have any experience or know a forum where DIYINHK products are discussed

It doesn't seem as if someone was showing off. There's a discussion at diyaudio on this.

I agree and if this thread doesn't go anywhere soon I'll just bin it.  Or perhaps a discussion on the features or merits of the product might ensue and the thread will be productive and stay.

pelliott321, I think we're all a little confused because no one was attacking you. The Cheap and Cheerful circle is one of the best on the site. It's rare that you will run into issues here. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I hope you stick around and understand that no one was attacking you.

I wonder how many people on the C&C circle are running DACs with I2S connectivity.  Other than GD Audio are there many other C&C DACs that use it?

Great links, thanks for posting them. That hifiduino site is a gem, plenty of good info on there.
