These show up on ebay once in a while. I'm not really sure if yours is a 2 section or 4 section. I think the 4 section has 2 rows of pins. It's been a while. There are some distributors of these. On ebay right now there are a couple that may do fine, but they are higher impedance. Those will be fine unless there are resistors to pad signal that expect to see 10k.
