I have a power conditioner?

Loops are a funny thing.... I don't get any from my tuner. I'll check resistor values.

Sorry, read your answer wrongly. I wrote about filters in the device.

I pulled R1 and R11, too. Not for noise, but I like the music more now.

Maybe mine where to cheap, I don't know...

I used some inductors I had laying around, on the outputs. They came with some class D amp I had. Well there's a massive reduction in some noise.

The Sure class D amp I am playing with is highly effected by weird noise from Bugle, making it unlistenable without these.

If the Bugle is plugged into a CMC it has greatly increased noise.

Mine is extremely quiet. I have the Bugle with Jim's PSU. Careful arrangement of all power cords and low level signal cables have been the key to a quiet system. I live in the country, but there are plenty of powerful RF sources not far from here, due to living near several military bases. No issues at all.

I had some hum at first.  I was using standard, cheap 3' cables from the tonearm to the Bugle.   It would hum if I grabbed the cable.   I replaced those with about 12" of Belden microphone cable that I had in my parts box.  Now, the hum is totally gone and the sound seems a little cleaner and brighter; probably from less capacitance.
