Does this release fly?
I don't care if it is really "jazz" or not. More concerned about this simply being an enjoyable release.
I like Van's occasional jazzy-style on other recordings, but an all-jazz release? Is it as one reviewer states, "a muddled affair", and, "he mistakes jazziness for jazz"?
I could break down and spend $0.36 on Amazon for a used CD, but then adding in $3.99 for shipping and I don't want to spend that amount for a clinker.
So, opinions welcomed.
