For sale is a pair of JAS Audio Mk 3 super tweeters in near mint condition. I am the original owner and they are less than 5 months old. These are a great component to get the most out of your speakers providing easily noticeable improvements in detail, transparency, and articulation throughout the entire frequency spectrum. They do not make the sound brighter or harder, just more realistic and 3D. Better "presence" for lack of a better word. They mated superbly with my Tannoy Turnberry SE before I sold them off and have been used with the Von Gaylord Legend speakers in my second system with very nice results as well.
I have read that they compare favorably against the $1500 Townshend Maximum super tweeters, which is why I went with these. I have not been disappointed.
They extend up to 100 KHz and have switches to select between 92 dB or 88 dB sensitivity and 12 KHz or 16 KHz crossover frequency.
Comes in the original packaging, which is pretty much just a generic box.
