The Cryo Cable Tour...
« on: 16 Jan 2013, 09:56 pm »
Hey, guys.  Sorry for the absence.  I got "IT".  You know, the flu that I took the shot to protect me against.  Ah, well.......

I'm back and will be sending the cables to Control in a day or two.  I'll let you know.

Sorry you got "It" - hope you're feeling better.

Rumor has it that Cali hasn't had a problem, but when I was at the Grocery store yesterday, they said about half the employees were out  :o - sent a "ward" their way, threw my hand over my nose/mouth, and fled the store.  :surrender:

Felt like hammered horse dung for over a week... just struggled to do anything.

Cool on the Dodd pre.  Your BatteryBUSS will be coming your way shortly.  Battery audio ROCKS

After several weeks of John and I both trying to track down the interconnect shipment we have determined that it has fallen into the Black Hole that can be the USPS.  I hope that some USPS worker is enjoying toons through them rather than them being gear lube in The Machine.

I'll be building new ones as soon as I unbury myself from work and life.

I guess it happens when there is a semi-flakey, part-time mail carrier in rural Southern California with a track record of missed, mis- and lost deliveries.  USPS working for us... Sigh

True that!

The new cables are on the break in bench and will go to Control (John) next week.  We'll finally get this thing going again.  I'm happy to have been busy, but sad that this thing got derailed.
