I purchased a Eric Clapton 74/75 bundle from pop market where the 461 Ocean Blvd LP has a chunk of vinyl (trimming) stuck across one side that I could not remove, making it unlistenable. I contacted myplay, and Kevin is shipping me an entire new set (3 lp bundle) at no cost ! What excellent, fast and generous customer service. Highly recommend pop market/myplaydirect as an excellent vendor for LPs, etc.
Can't wait for the new copies to arrive !
