Another thing to think about. I needed an int. amp for a second room. I listened to the Rega and the Music hall a 15.2. Both were excellent with the Rega getting the slight nod in sound. The MH had more power and features namely a headphone output and a mini-jack for Mp3 players. For the $400 difference I am very happy with the MH.

One thing though, the rear calls the one output a "line out" to connect to another amp. I talked to Roy Hall and there was a screw up in printing and it is actually a "Tape out". But that is a minor quibble for me.

I recently got the Rega DAC, which really is a top notch product.

As I already have Preamp/Amp setup - I wasn't looking for one, but if I was just getting in - the new Brio would definitely get my attention!

It seems to be very versatile, and I have heard it driving floor standers and bookshelf's as well.  From what I heard it is at home with bookshelf style speakers, but man does it sound good!  I figure really efficient floor standers would do well by it, too.

Anyway - just my 2 cents!  Big fan of those (small!) components!

Hey Merle, I haven't talked to you in years (bought the Rega P3 and Rotel CDP off you).

I currently own a pair of Bach Grands. Would you still say the Brio-R is a good match?
