"Substance should outweigh perfection..." Phil Ramone Dead At 79

Uber-producer Phil Ramone has passed away at age 79. His achievements speak for themselves but there is a quote from him in the Biilboard memorial article linked to below which is telling of how he approached the business of recording music. For him it was feel over all else. I was not aware that he was the engineer on the Getz / Gilberto sessions. Quite a career...
