Quiet motorcycle helmets?

So I'm excited to be returning to motorcycling after some time off. I've had three sportbikes.

My experience with helmets (and I'm referring to full face type), is that they are loud, and the constant low drone of windblast can take the fun out of things. And ruin your hearing. Earplugs aren't practical on a daily basis and the ears get sore from them after a while.

I'm at the point where I'm ready to order a helmet, but I want one that's QUIET with a capital Q, so that if I have a stereo/bluetooth phone system installed into the helmet I want as dead a noise floor as possible inside it.

The cursory search I've done has suggested the Shoei Quest is the way to go, and they aren't hard too expensive either, $350 shipped on Amazon.

Any other helmet suggestions that might be better?

I have Arai and very happy with it, quiet, no wind drag from side to side.

Shoei would be good choice.

My last helmet was an Arai, I liked it alot. It was a little noisy though. I think it was the Quantum.

My brother had a motorcycle shop, so I have tried many helmets. None have been so quiet that I would go for more than a mile without foam earplugs. Such a relief!

It doesn't look like the full liner is removable on the Quest. I was thinking of just getting something and then lining the inside with some Dynamat or something like that.
