Graphene Anybody ?
« on: 22 Mar 2013, 02:31 pm »
An exciting new material one atom thick that can be used for audio speakers capacitors, solar panels, batteries and more.  Well headphones  for now 20HZ to well over 20,000HZ.
Do I see bass panels or a real full range panel in our future ? Hope so.

I recently started keeping my eyes on what could be done to advance technologies with this material.  Thank you for opening my eyes wider to other areas graphene could make a difference.

I've wondered for a while whether some form of carbon couldn't eventually be used to permit the construction of rigid planar drivers with conventional surrounds.
