Just built according to plans at Computer Audiophile -http://www.computeraudiophile.com/content/496-computer-audiophile-pocket-server-c-p-s-v3-carbon/. This has the larger 128 GB SSD and the SOtM SATA filter is a 1 year old model and the case is black

. I built this out of curiosity, already having built 2 dedicated servers prior to this. It works as planned and sounds great, but has caused me to realize that my priorities are changing. At age 66 convenience is starting to win out over sound quality. My current server is operated by Bluetooth mouse and KB and uses my on wall TV as monitor, so I wanted this to do the same. This is my first experience with Windows 8 and I was never able to get the right mouse software from Kensington to run properly so I couldn't reassign the buttons as I wished. And no matter what I did, I could not get the video output to exactly fit in my 52" Sony tv - there is a 2" border around it. My price is what you could buy the parts for , not counting the individual delivery charge I paid on each item or the $25 I paid the supplier to test the motherboard before shipping. I am pricing the 1 year old SOtM SATA board at $30, less than half of it's cost a year ago. So for $995 you get a bargain and it is already assembled and tested. You will need to buy JRiver (or use another) - I will delete my copy from the machine. Email with any questions. I will cover paypal fees - you pay for shipping. Will ship only in the US - no exceptions.
