GR Research N3 for HT stereo system.

Hi Danny,
Happy New Year
to you and your family, the very best for 2015.
I also wish you lots of energy to come up
with more nice sounding stuff.
A few days ago, I was watching on TV the movie Robot Cop
with my modified N3 (Of course, as usual,
not built according to your original specs)
with a HT receiver (Pioneer 100wpc) and I was
surprised to hear how much deep
and nice bass those small speakers were giving.
For two small 5.25" drivers in a sealed box,
it's surprising/amazing how much bass they give
and how good and deep the bass is/goes.
I know if those M130 would have been installed in a N3TL enclosure,
I would have more bass, but for now,
my wife and I are very happy with your product.
Keep up the good work and try to offer more sensitive drivers,
maybe in the range of 93-95db.
Thanks.

Guy,  if you put  those in the proper TL,  yo uwill be amazed  :thumb:

If I remember right,  in a sealed box   the M130's roll off  right around  70 hz, maybe a touch  lower ...  in  the N3Tl, you'll hit  about 40.   I  was really surprised how clean and detailed the TL was

Hi Jay,
I don't know why, look as if I've missed your post.
Anyway, here it goes:
I agree with you,
I did mention in my original post that I know that with a TL enclosure
I will improve the bass, but as I mention many, many times,
my audio piggy bank is dry, empty, 0% full.
If one day the piggy bank is full again,
you can be sure that I will redo the cabinet and enjoy deeper bass.
Thanks for your comments, always appreciated.
Too bad Danny did not comment, maybe is trying to avoid long discussion/arguments with me.
