IPAD APP for BDP1/BDA1 for basic controls?

is there  a  Ipad App,  that can do basic functions, for the BDP1/BDA1 .

that can power up, change inputs on BDA (aes/ebu or bnc  etc...)


mostly looking for basic functions  on both.


any good App available    and EASY  to use.


or  is  the BR2  remote  my only option?

I hate to Get out of the chair to change input on the Bda1 :duh:

that would be awesome. :thumb:

a Bryston app (ipad)   would be  a great app for basic controls  for BDP1/BDA1 


i would  gladly pay, for a  App, i'm sure  most would agree...   :thumb:

It would be even more interesting for Bryston to provide the complete iOS/Andriod solution to control the BDP, BDA, SP3, BP26, etc.    Either use the existing RS-232 port on the BDP or better yet an USB IR blaster to control a pre-amp and other devices as well. 

Naim has a killer solution for their Uniti line that controls the pre-amp, tuner, etc, but since they are all-in-one cd/fm/thumbdrive/streamer device, much easier task if it's all in one device.

All options are being looked into; however currently has low priority

Hopefully this moves closer to the front seat someday, I think a lot of companies under estimate convenience features which translate to better cabinet installations. 

Also I would love to see Bryston select one type of 12 volt trigger such that you can daisy chain them.   Any reason why the 2 wire approach was selected vs the much more common mini-jack cable?   It's also seems a bit inconstant.
