I just had to share another great VH Audio customer service experience with Audio Circle members. After selling my Kimber Kable 4TC speaker cable used in my HT system on Audiogon last night, I emailed Chris to tell him I would be ordering some 12AWG cyro wire to use as my new speaker wire.
After an early morning (3:30am) wake up for my traditional day before Thanksgiving duck hunt on the Delaware Bay marshes this morning, I dragged into the office to tie off some projects and order my cable. Man was I tired and turns out, I ordered the non-cryo'd wire.
Chris, remembering last evenings e-mail packed me up the RIGHT CRYO'd wire. His comment " You caught me on a clairvoyant day". I call it great customer service.
