This connectivity issue has been going on for 1 1/2 years...ever since I moved my music to the laptop. I had Kaspersky and Logitech tech support try to resolve the issue, but both were unsuccessful. I had a tech guy here this morning and he fixed the problem. He ran in safe mode and the Logitech server worked fine. He uninstalled Kaspersky as well and that did not fix the problem. He then went to my CCleaner software and to Startup and played with the various programs that automatically start up. He then disabled some of those programs and said that there was a conflict with a another program and not to have Logitech automatically start up. I now just start the server manually and it works fine. So hopefully, this may help others who have this problem.
