Mike Keneally (Zappa, Dethklok, Beer For Dolphins, Joe Satriani) has recently announced 11 shows in the midwest, midsouth, and northeast for September.
Due to the sudden cancelation of the Lamb Of God/Dethklok/Gojira tour Keneally found some time on his hands. Having just released his 20th album,
Wing Beat Fantastic co-written with
XTC luminary
Andy Partridge, Keneally is touring with long time bandmate Rick Musallam in a series of intimate duo performances. Anyone who's seen him play guitar with one hand while playing keyboards with the other knows what an amazing multi-instrumentalist performer Keneally is. I plan to make several of these shows. Here's the list of dates:
Thursday, September 6 in Atlanta at The Masquerade, 695 North Avenue NE
Friday, September 7 in Nashville at World Music Nashville, 7069 US 70 South
