Too much gear, too many bills, time to downsize.
Great condition, barely a mark on it. I did find a couple of small scuffs on front faceplate (see pics). Perfect operationally. No noises, no issues. Big ballsy dynamic amp that has slam and control of SS, and touch of tube warmth, palpability and sweetness. Highly reviewed in Stereophile, Class B borderline Class A.
I am second owner for a few years. Used in a home without smoke, pets, children. Never over-driven or abused.
Couple of summers ago it developed an inconsistent bias problem. I drove it to the good folks at Rogue. They went through the entire amp -- some loose tube sockets and bad power tube were found. It came back to me in a brand new factory carton. Total cost for this was over $350. I have paperwork.
I own several amps, so it's had little use since its return. Past few weeks I've used it for a good 25 hrs or so, just to confirm all is good. Rock solid bias, not a single glitch or hiccup, sounds great.
Tubes Included:
* quad Tung-Sol KT120, including 1 Rogue replacement
* stock EH KT90 (quad)
* stock JJ ECC803S / 12ax7 (1 pair)
* stock USA (JAN?) 12au7 (1 pair)
I bought the KT-120 tubes, and I estimate about 100 hrs use. The single replacement has about 30 hrs. Unknown hours on all stock tubes -- I used my own over entire period I owned it. This amp will take many of the popular output tubes: kt88, kt77, el34, 6ca7, 6550, etc.
Also included are (2) spare tube fuses (.25amp slow blow) and bias adjustment tool.
I'll look but I don't know if I have owners manual, or if it even came with one.
