It was such a simple task - now Silence

Now I'm without music and really pissed at myself.  I couldn't even sleep last night.

I decided to replace the cords on my amps that looked worse than my AC cord on my toaster. It was not so easy but I'm an engineer, no problem.

Ah yes there's a problem. The amps turn on, show voltage on the meter, but one glows brightly and the other has no glow on the power tubes.
Oh ya, these are rather exotic Jouke Electra VZN 100's with a Variac to power 2 monoblocks. The Variac was hard wired which meant I needed to get into the guts of the variac and unsolder the stock cords the resolder the stout cords. But many other wires existed and now I fear one wire is misplaced.

It's very quiet around here....

I hope it's an easy fix and you get things working again quickly.

I emailed the manufacturer along with some pics. It's pretty exotic in there. 2 power cords per amp but I sure the cords aren't just sending power. There might be some feedback mechanism going on here. I noted too that a wire was cut prior to me performing surgery. I mean, there aren't too many OTL amps in the world.  :|
