Definitely, the differences between them and the K702's are the soundstage (since its closed is not as wide, but still nice) and improved bass response. Unfortunately it doesnt come with a detachable cable.  :(

I do like the looks of those phones.  I just have temporarily
put myself on "timeout" from more purchases.  :lol:

btw...have you tried aftermarket cables on other phones?
