At what point do you cross your STs with your sub?

Folks-

I didn't want to ask this question and hijack the other SongTower setup thread.
But, I'm really confused where exactly I should cross my ST-RT with the sub? Should it be 80, 70 or 60? Right now, I've set it at 70. But, I want your thoughts.
My sub is an entry level Velodyne 10" sub.

Thanks.

I would cross at the point where it sounds and measures best.  For music I cross at 80Hz and set my low pass to 90 on my preamp.  For movies I cannot localize my subwoofers at 100Hz, so that's where I cross; that allows the smoothest blend in my room.

Do you have measurement equipment or the capability to use test tones in conjunction with a SPL meter to plot your in-room bass response?

Nuance, thanks for getting back. No, I don't have a FR plot. How can I get that done, especially the test tones part? I can get access to an SPL meter.
Thanks.
