It's listed as a Child Board under the Audio Circle (second down under Audio/Video Gear/Systems. Was a little hard to find, particularly as it's not in all caps as most of the Child Boards there are. I wonder why?  :green:

Ah, thanks - I see it rather clearly now. I am going blind. I wonder; what's the criteria which pushed tubed equipment into a child-board list while the planar circle (for instance) still exists as a major category?

You'll have to ask the management as to why things are organized the way they are.

I didn't see any circles in all caps, however, in my browser I noticed the Tube-O-Phile and the Cable Review circles are not in bold text (just a cursory glance).  I suspect this is a temporary glitch and will get ironed out with the rest of the bugs.

Many thanks to JohnR and all the rest of the gang that make this site what it is!

You're right. Some of the Child Boards are in bold, others not but none are in all caps. I must be going blind as well.

Don't feel bad.  I'm north of 55 now and sight isn't the only thing going south.

Hey, what did the planar circle ever do to anybody?

Big changes overnight which was surprising but I'm REAL glad to see the tubeophile circle is still alive and kicking.
Tubes are what brings out the magic in the recording.

Sorry Steve, I certainly didn't mean to pick on the Planar Circle - I love planars, after all. I just think the current arrangement is a little odd. If the objective is to reduce the size of the main list, then why not have a speaker group with child-boards? I just meant to express a little puzzlement over the current groupings.

I confess that I didn't even read what was in the child-board lists. I just wondered where the hell the tube board went, so I did a search and found that it was still active. That's when I started this thread to find out if I was blind - yep (or just stupid). In all honesty though, I think I'd take blindness over deafness.

I'm totally down with that perspective, despite the fact that both are among the things going south.

Losing your sense of smell and taste isn't necessarily a bad thing!
