How important or necessary are the Audio Magic Pulse Gen VX and Bybee Rails? I do not see them listed on the modwright website. How much improvement will they provide?

I have XA5400ES, but I am still on the fence about getting it modified. Thanks for your time.

Perhaps Mr Nack or someone else could comment on output voltage levels.  I would like to know the levels before and after the mods.  Can't trust Sony spec.  This is one area Stereophile is really good for I think.  Wish they would do a full review, not just Circle in the Round column.
