This looks like a killer subwoofer amp.  I have a K1 and it is a tank.  The older Crown amps are supposed to be bullet-proof and great for subs.

I was thinking along the same lines - subwoofer amp. It actually looks better in person than in that picture. The camera flash really shows up the wear. The rack rash could be covered up with some short black bolts, washer, and a nut on the back. PRICE NOW $175.......
