I am selling my Origin Live Resolution Mk 1 table because I upgraded to an Origin Live Sovereign turntable. I am the original owner. I bought the table from Jay at Audio Revelation. I also bought the upgraded PSU (transformer) and the Ultra Controller. The Ultra controller and upgraded PSU represent an extra $1000 in value. The table is the version without the spoked platter, so it came from Origin Live with the D200 motor. I have not replaced the belt because it has worked perfectly from the beginning.

The table is in very good cosmetic and functional condition and looks stunning in person. There is one small pinhole chip where the bearing sits down inside a hole in the plinth. There is also one small impact dent where the finish is cracked near the edge of the hole where the motor pod sits through the plinth. Both of these small blemishes are not visible when the table is assembled. I have cleaned the bearing housing and I will include some oil so you can start out fresh.

I personally think the Mk 1 looks much better than the current Mk 2 version. With the upgrades it can more than holds its own with any table close to my asking price. Just the Ultra upgrades (PSU, controller, D200 motor) are $1200 so this is a very good deal.

I can ship at the buyer's expense or you can make a day trip to the Monterey Peninsula and go home with an awesome table. I am also willing to deliver within a reasonable distance in the Bay Area.

The table does not include the tonearm or Rosinante stand shown in the pictures. I am asking $1300$1200 plus actual shipping charges to your zip code.

Price reduced to $1200.  That is the cost if you were to buy the Ultra Controller, D200 motor, and upgraded transformer today.  This table retailed for $4,000 when new.

This has a scrub screw and collar for a Rega single tube arm (similar to the Origin Live Encounter or above).  This makes it very easy to set and adjust VTA.

My price is reduced to $1,100.  This is a steal at this price.  You cannot even buy the transformer, motor and controller for that price.

This has sold on Audiogon.  Someone will be getting an awesome table.

It certainly is an awesome looking table! Congrats on the sale.

Thanks Paul, It was a reference for me for several years.

I now have the Sovereign that sounds very similar, but I think the Resolution is slightly more resolving at the expense of a very slight loss of bass output.  In my system the extended bass is a better match but I could have easily lived with the Resolution.
