BDP-1 Updating at startup

BDP-1 Updating at startup

Hi, when I power on the BDP-1 it often says Updating, although I have not loaded anything new on the connected HDD and flash drives. It lasts a few minutes. Is this normal?

Yes - normal - it is checking to see if there have been any changes.
