unable to play "some" video downloaded f Itunes?

Hello all,

I download a lot of music videos, music etc.  What has come to be an issue is that I can play the video on my Macbook pro, but I can't play them on my Iphone 4S.  I get an error message, stating missing URL or something to that affect.  Any reasons for this???  The song/video is sync to my iphone and listed however, I can't play the thing  :scratch: :scratch: :scratch:

You downloaded the videos from the Apple iTunes Store?

Yes, the subject says "Itunes" however, I didn't mention store but yes they were downloaded right and paid for  :scratch:

Yes, I will have to go and visit them today.  This has happen way to many times, I even contacted apple care support via email and they issued me credit for the unplayable songs/videos.   :scratch:

Visited Apple store, tech fix the issue.  I had to uncheck the sync box on my itunes, delete all the videos f my iphone and re sync them.  Problems solved!  :thumb:
