Researching the loudness wars and dynamic range I've run across an interesting piece of software.

Terry West Productions ReLife VST plugin

I downloaded it and the foobar VST plugin, installed both and am listening to some of my more highly dynamically compressed FLAC files.  The plugin has a bypass button.  Very interesting results...  I think I like it.

Has anyone else heard of and/or tried this plugin?  It seems like a good way to fight back in the loudness wars.
