I was wondering if anyone's heard about this company and the DACs that they have out there.

It looks like they have DACs that range from about $180 to $400.  And they sound relatively interesting w/ the different options.  But there doesn't seem to be much out there on them.

There's a Head Fi review linked on the page you referred to, http://www.head-fi.org/t/573586/review-ross-martin-pcm-1794-dac-250-overachiever that seems pretty comprehensive, albeit one opinion.  On the bad side it looks like a one man operation without a functional website, on the good side the prices are very low.  Because of the highly customizable platform I would recommend making a phone call rather than just click on the buy now button.
