USB Cable and HT recommendations for moderate to low price reciever 5.1

I need more entry level HT Reciever like the Pioneer or Elite, Onkyo or Sony. Price point around $350.00 not opposed to preowned 2010 or 2011 gear.

Also need PS3 to HDTV good budget recommendations. The Big Box Store cables like Belkin, Sony, Monster are now coming down to reality.

Any replies suggestions appreciated.

They have good prices and quality parts without the shiny fluffy dress-up stuff.

Regarding receivers, there are as many proponents here of each brand of receiver as you can imagine.
Ultimately, each of the major (higher quality) brands will be well represented.  My choice is Harman Kardon.
