Long time no see
« on: 29 Nov 2011, 03:47 pm »
Been a long time since I have posted on here, but just thought I would give  you all a little update.

My wife gave birth last week to my first son, and he is an adorable little guy. Love being a parent and all that. I'm 2 years into my Salk/AVA journey and I can't wait to enjoy my audio hobby with him.

We named him Henry James, and he's kind of a bigger fella at 8lbs 4oz coming out (c-section). Mom is doing pretty good, but dang, that's a rough surgery.

Hope all is well this Holiday season with my audio friends.

Congrats!.  Of course you realize that you will no longer be able to push your Salks very much less you disturb the baby!

I've got my Grado SR-80's.

I'm sure there are better, but I love them and can't beat the price.

Congrats!  Is this your first child, or just the first boy?

Welcome to the club, buddy!  Even though the first year of lack-of-sleep is rough, it's all worth it.  Enjoy!

Congratulations, Dad!

Most babies love music. You just need to find the songs they like. :thumb:  When my son was an infant, he loved Aqualung.

Check this video out.  :D

Have fun,

Jerry
