HI all,
I got a pair of the mentioned Translator Impact 40 months ago, knowing the foam rings on woofers and mids were shot. Finally got around to replacing the rings with replacements from Goodhifi.nl.
The usual mess getting off the old rings,....well what was left of them. Using a hobby knife to scrape away and alcohol for dissolving and a vacuum cleaner for the small particles.
I'm really pleased with the result as well as these new (to me) speakers. Listening to Ray Charles "the very best of".
