A seemingly near ideal speaker(?).

The patented polyolefin flake fill material is interesting.

The Frech Gallo bigger speakers are always praised in TAS and Stereophile, ence the hi price.
I just would point out the sphere is the best enclousure shape, the second best is the cylinder/barrel or bazzoca, unfortunately this little speaker SPL is too low(87dB) what avoid tube amps, also the cone is not paper, and will no give that organic sound.
Looks a great speaker for TV or computer, if it had no filters(capacitor/resistence) inside the enclousure.

I have a pair of the A' Diva Ti speakers paired with the Gallo MPS-150 sub in my living room. They are used with the tv and provide occasional music, nothing serious though. The main reason I bought them was their small size as the living room belongs to my wife. I can have any speaker I like in my system room but the living room is off limits to audio.
When I first installed them I listened to a couple of cds and all things considered they sound very good. I am not a video guy at all but these do make watching movies more enjoyable, especially the sub.

I'm not convinced that a sphere is the ideal (other than structurally) as the backwave reflections would all (not just some as in other shapes) and at the same time (due to the geometry) come back to the cone causing some smearing.

Yes, I'd like to see 92 - 95 dB/w/m (with their power ratings would reach 112 - 115 db).

I do agree about the "paper sound" opinion but I'm open to possibilities.
