The original (factory built) pair of AN-J/L speakers
Serial numbers 1425 & 1426
Recently re-foamed with the original Audio Note foams at a local AN dealer - costs a fortune in comparison with OEM ones but I've wanted this to be kosher.
Black baffles, oak finish. Original packing boxes. Overall good condition, a few hair thin marks on the top of one cabinet, you need to come very close to see it (pls see pics). One AN badge is missing, I think these come often on Ebay for a few quid.
Second owner - I bought them as stop-gap in transition between two horn speakers and in reality I hardly used them. Now they can go.
The usual AN sound: warm, musical and seducing. IMHO AN-Js are more accurate in mids than AN-E however a sacrifice is the lowest bass. Not sure if there's anything (factory made) so listenable for this money. I drove them with 2w 10Y SET amps (pictured), enough juice to fill 22m2. I assume anything from 2A3 on is just fine - 94db/m sensitivity.
Speakers are based in Belgrade (Serbia) however I can deliver them anywhere at cost. Regarding UK, there's an excellent Belgrade London van service, it's 2 pounds per kilo so I assume 40 pounds would cover this. You would need to take care from London on.
Fair & firm price is 850 euros.
The stands are free of charge with the speakers (a bit dusty at the pics) - very heavy so I don't think shipping makes sense plus have no idea how to pack them. However I think they could be delivered to London just as they are if a buyer wants to cover the shipping (each is around 20 kilos I think).
